On the day of your appointment
Before you leave for the practice please visit the lavatory, ensure you are hydrated and brush your teeth. You may wish to wear your own mask.
Please avoid bringing lots of things with you and limit valuables.
Attend alone unless an accompanying person (parent, carer) is essential
Please arrive at exactly your appointment time. We have to follow government guidelines and have a CLOSED door policy. Please text 07515 562539 on arrival and you will be allowed to enter.
Entering the practice
We will allow you to enter and will take your temperature
One entering you will be asked to sanitise your hands
We ask that you pay before your treatment, ideally by contactless card payment, including any oral hygiene products.
Our reception team will be sat behind a plastic screen for added protection
You will be guided straight to the treatment room
We will also request you ensure safe distances are maintained

Remember, to provide you with the right care and service we cannot adhere to social distancing recommendations
Our teams will be in extra PPE gear
All treatment rooms are cleaned and disinfected between each patient
You will book your next appointment in surgery
We will provide a traditional hand scale and will not be using the ultrasonic.
Patients will need an assessment prior to any aerosol generating procedures and payment will be required before your appointment.
You will be asked to sanitise your hands on exit
